• Mental health treatment
• Medical advice
• Psychological treatment
• Crisis intervention
• Legal advice

No therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created through your use of the Services.

AI-Generated Content

Attachment Coach uses artificial intelligence.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Not For Emergencies

Attachment Coach is not intended for emergency situations.

Do not rely on Attachment Coach during:

• Mental health crises
• Suicidal thoughts
• Domestic violence
• Physical abuse
• Immediate danger
• Medical emergencies

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services lawfully
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Respect other users
• Not misuse or interfere with the Services

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Harass or abuse others
• Upload malicious software
• Interfere with platform security

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, graphics, logos, AI systems, and materials remain the exclusive property of Southworth Group, LLC unless otherwise stated.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing intervals, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Manage subscription, which opens the customer portal.

Canceling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Recording Consent

Conversations on Attachment Coach involve two partners. By using the voice and conversation features, both partners consent to the conversation being recorded, transcribed, and processed to provide the Services.

The person who invites a partner confirms that the partner consents to this recording, transcription, and processing. The invited partner is also asked to confirm consent before joining a shared space.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees that:

• The Services will always be uninterrupted
• AI responses will always be accurate
• Every issue will be resolved
• The Services will meet every user's expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southworth Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southworth Group, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
